Overview For one of our leading consulting client, we are looking for a senior Lead Generation & Outbound Marketing consultant to support and scale B2 B acquisition initiatives for our clients and internal growth.

This is a true consulting role : high autonomy, outcome-driven, and focused on qualified pipeline impact — not task execution under supervision. What you'll work on Design and implement B2 B lead generation strategies with a strong outbound focus Build and optimize multichannel outreach systems (email, Linked In, CRM workflows) Define ICPs, segmentation logic, and lead qualification frameworks Improve funnel performance: lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution Audit and optimize existing client acquisition systems Translate business goals into concrete, measurable acquisition plans Support and mentor junior team members when needed Contribute to internal playbooks and service development What we're looking for Proven senior experience in B2 B lead generation and outbound marketing Strong consulting mindset: you diagnose, prioritize,



and execute Ability to work independently with limited oversight Solid command of CRM-SALESFORCE and marketing automation tools Comfortable working directly with clients and challenging assumptions Agency or consulting experience is a strong plus Engagement details Contract: Freelance / Independent contractor- eventually transforming into permanent role Commitment: Ongoing collaboration Location: hybrid Compensation: Day rate or monthly retainer, based on experience and scope What's in it for you An excellent environment to work in open, non-hierarchical, collaborative, respectful and people-oriented.
