We are looking for an experienced Finance professional to be based either Milan or Verona, Italy to join our dynamic Finance team. full time - unlimited As our Senior Accountant you are responsible for overseeing and executing complex accounting, statutory reporting and financial reporting activities within the Company. Reporting to the Accounting, Tax and Treasury Team Leader, you'll ensure the accuracy, integrity and compliance of all bookkeeping and reporting processes in accordance with internal standards, Italian GAAP, IFRS and Group requirements. The role contributes to the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, ensuring alignment between local statutory requirements and Group reporting standards, and acts as a key point of reference for stakeholders.

Core Accounting & Bookkeeping Oversee and manage the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable. Manage analytical accounting with increased ownership and oversight. Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of Financial Statements according to Italian GAAP.

Ensure correctness and compliance of pay slips accounting.

Financial Reporting

Prepare and review IFRS adjustments, reclassifications and reporting entries required for Group consolidation purpose Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial information reported to HQ and Group requirements. Prepare internal and external financial reports with a high level of accuracy and reliability.



Manage intercompany reconciliation processes and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with Group entities.

Tax & Compliance Oversee preparation and submission of fiscal requirements (e.g., Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and internal accounting policies. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (HR, Procurement, Operations). Perform complex ad-hoc analyses and tasks as required by the Accounting, Tax and Treasury Team Leader.
