This role offers the opportunity to join our Global People Organisation (GPO) and play a key part in supporting our ambitious growth plans. The ideal candidate will have significant experience as a People Partner, People or HR Manager within a professional services/consulting firm of 300+ employees and undergoing growth. You’ll be a fluent Italian and English speaker with strong generalist HR,
business partnering and an advanced understanding of employment relations and legislation across Italy. We are looking for a driven, collaborative, and hands-on HR professional with demonstrable experience of influencing senior stakeholders across the organisation. Reporting to the EMEA People Lead, you will partner closely with teams and leadership across the business, overseeing all People activities and cases for Italy. As part of the broader People Team, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to initiatives and provide support across other EMEA jurisdictions.
