We are currently looking for a CRM Campaign Specialis t, as part of our dynamic team based in Milan. Activities: As a CRM Campaign Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving global CRM & Clienteling initiatives, enhancing personalized engagement, and supporting local markets in strengthening long‑term client relationships.
You will contribute to developing impactful CRM strategies, delivering cross‑channel campaigns, and elevating client experiences in alignment with Pomellato’s luxury positioning.
- Define and manage the global CRM & Clienteling calendar, ensuring full alignment with the commercial calendar, product launches, retail priorities, and brand campaigns.
- Manage the end‑to‑end creation and execution of personalized 1:1 drive‑to‑store campaigns and related Clienteling tools (support on the creation of gift guides, invites, digital cards)
- Manage the full CRM campaigns (newsletters and automated customer journeys), production workflow, including coordination with the external agency, creation of detailed briefs, asset collection, copywriting, and oversight of translations for local markets.
- Conduct thorough quality checks during the testing phase (rendering, links, tracking), ensuring flawless execution before dep
