Establish and develop Teltonika's B2 B sales representatives group in Rome location. Act as a hands- on player coach, directly involved in key customer and partner engagements. Drive revenue growth, pipeline quality, and market penetration.

Support complex negotiations with key customers and participate in important business meetings when needed. Organize customer visits, business trips, exhibitions, and industry events together with your team. Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth.

Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM discipline.

Requirements At least 3 years of successful sales experience in the Io T sector Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, challenge, and develop others. Proven ability to acquire strategic customers and develop long- term business relationships. Ability to identify new business opportunities and successfully introduce innovative solutions to customers.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel within Italy and occasionally abroad for customer meetings,



events or internal training.

Valid

Italian driving licence.
