**What do you need to be successful at this job?**
- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in **Hebrew**: - B2/C1 level in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
- Experience in Customer Support
- High School Diploma
