We are looking for a Sales Area Manager for Italy and the Balkans.

The purpose of this role is to drive business growth in the Italian and/or Balkans market by developing and strengthening relationships with customers and partners across both the Vending and Professional Coffee channels, contributing to the achievement of sales targets and the expansion of Evoca's market presence.

Your responsibilities will be: Manage and develop sales activities for both Vending and Professional Coffee product portfolios Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and industry partners Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives Monitor sales performance (Revenue, Margins, DSO, etc.) and propose corrective actions when needed Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Management, Aftersales and Sales Back Office teams to ensure outstanding customer support and business development Prepare commercial offers, negotiate agreements, and manage sales discussions.

Represent

Evoca at trade fairs, industry events, and customer meetings in Italy and internationally Prepare and analyse periodic reports on sales performance and business activities To be successful in this role you'll need to have: Degree in Engineering,



Economics or a related field Proven experience in B2 B sales roles Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Proactive attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work independently Fluent in Italian and English Nice to have: Experience in the vending, professional coffee or related industries Knowledge of French or German What we offer: Full-time permanent contract with a multinational company that is a leader in its industry.
