Multiply Labs is seeking a hands‐on Robotics Engineer to join their integration and testing team, working directly on robotic cells that automate cell therapy manufacturing in a GMP setting. You will own the full cycle from device configuration through full‐cell qualification and play a key role in bringing systems from design to deployment.

What You'll Do Configure and test electromechanical devices in preparation for full robotic cell qualification Collaborate with electricians and assembly teams to diagnose and resolve issues during configuration and testing phases Execute test protocols using internal software, ensuring full traceability and quality of results Manage organization and documentation of tested devices and materials Support software integration of new devices and peripherals and participate in all stages of robotic cell qualification What You Need Advanced proficiency in Python programming Linux and Windows operating systems; confident use of terminal and development tools Git version control with daily use in a team environment Hands‐on experience with industrial or collaborative robots, or strong theoretical foundation in kinematics,



dynamics, and control Strong manual dexterity and ability to work physically with complex electromechanical systems; empirical problem‐solving approach with comfort in experimentation English B2+ (written and spoken); Italian C2 (native/bilingual proficiency) Valid driver's license (A/B) and own vehicle required Nice to Have MSc in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related field Ph D in Robotics or Autonomous Systems Experience in regulated environments (GMP, ISO 13485, or equivalent) Familiarity with ROS or control frameworks for collaborative robots Salary range €50,000–€70,000 plus meaningful early‐stage equity; Premium Medical, Dental, and Vision plans with subsidies for child dependents; 401(k) with 4% company match; pre‐tax commuter vantaggi; robust paid parental leave; flexible PTO and 12 paid holidays; no set hours; office perks including catered team lunches, stocked kitchen, and team events; H‐1 B and Green Card sponsorship available; referral bonuses
