About the role We are seeking a Revenue Manager to support our IHC Revenue Cluster Office, with a special focus on the Chia Laguna Resort. The position will report directly to the Director of Revenue Strategy. The role will be based in Chia Laguna for 8 months, with the rest of time home based. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting. Apply daily rate and inventory updates Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends.

Periodic

Rate loading within PMS, CRS, GDS Support the annual revenue budget and Forecast process. Any other reasonable requests made by management Optimize room inventory, ensure no revenue opportunity is missed. Ensure web site booking process is maintained up-to-date and functional.

Regularly check the input and the quality of data (segmentation, denials tracking, etc.). PERSONAL COMPETENCIES At least 3-4 years of experience in Revenue Management. Must be proficient in writing, speaking and negotiating in English and Italian.

Structured, accurate, analytic and professional in your work. Ability to priorities tasks & to manage workload using own initiative. Excellent computer and Excel skills. Knowledge of PMS, and CRS (e.g., ONQ, GRO, Vertical Booking). #
