Webuild is a global construction player specialized in building **large works and complex infrastructure** for the sustainable mobility, hydroelectric energy, water, green buildings and the tunnelling sectors. Webuild is looking for a **Market and Commercial Analysis and Reporting Analys**t to join the **Budgeting & Planning** function, located in the **Milan** Headquarters. **Main activities** The resource will support the team in the following activities: - **Analysis**and evaluation of the **construction market** through the study of the macroeconomic framework, the national and international market, the competitive landscape in target countries, and the Company’s competitive positioning;
- Benchmarking and peer analysis, focusing on key competitors’ development strategies and analysis of partnerships from a business/client strategy perspective;
- **Three-year business planning**, supporting the definition of the three-year **bidding**and **awarding plan**;
- Development of the economic, financial and equity structure of the Business Plan for the whole Group (Webuild + Subsidiaries) and consolidation into the Group Business Plan;
- **Data analysis and historical performance** assessment to define assumptions supporting new order development;
- Monitoring of commercial activities,



performance and cost analysis; deviations analysis from the Plan and preparation of ad **hoc reports** for top management;
- Monitoring economic and financial KPIs for new orders, providing analysis and reporting to support top management;
- **Support during the bidding phase**, through performance and cost analysis reports;
- D**eveloping financial and economic models** to support strategic project acquisitions and entry into new business areas. **Requirements**: - Master's degree in **Economics** or related discipline;
- **1-3 years'** experience in similar role;
- Good knowledge of **English**;
- Excellent command of the **Office package**, in particular Excel and PowerPoint;
- Knowledge of BI platforms is appreciated;
- Experience with Salesforce and related systems is a plus. **Complete the profile**
- Advanced skills in managing **complex databases**;
- Good knowledge of **budgeting logic** and **international accounting** standards;
- Excellent interpersonal, synthesis and speaking skills;
- Excellent **analytical skills** and ability to understand complex phenomena;
