- Main Responsibilities:_
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls.
- Managing the inbound and outbound flow of packages.
- Sorting and distributing mail,



including handling and sending registered letters.
- Monitoring and procuring office supplies and consumables.
- Front office activities, welcoming and assisting visitors.
- Maintaining office facilities and assisting with workplace safety interventions.
- Requirements:_
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong ability to manage deadlines and priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving orientation.
- Proficiency in English (B2 level).
- Part of a protected category (L. 68/99). **What we offer**:
