Part of a prestigious international group and a leader in its field, our client is a large company operating in the services and retail sectors. The IT department, consisting of more than 1000 professionals, is the driving force behind their technological strategy. In order to strengthen their organisational structure, they asked us to recruit an **ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE MANAGER** **Posizione**: - Define the corporate IT architecture and ensure its alignment with the strategic objectives of the organisation.
- Lead and coordinate the design and implementation of innovative technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and service quality.
- Work with various departments to align business needs with technology capabilities.
- Ensure integration and scalability of implemented technology solutions.
- Oversee the management of architecture projects, ensuring adherence to time and budget.
- Ensure compliance of IT solutions with security and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate and support team members to promote professional development, adoption of best practices and ensure effective collaboration.




- Liaise effectively with key stakeholders and senior management on technology portfolio priorities. **Requisiti**: - At least 10 years of experience in the role of Enterprise Architect, gained in IT-intensive contexts.
- Proven experience in defining and implementing complex IT architectures.
- Strong knowledge of emerging technologies and market trends.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in structured companies is preferred.
- International work experience is a plus.
