Offerta
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals across Southern Europe. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes. Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
Guide employee relations initiatives and handle workplace concerns effectively. Manage compensation and benefits programs, including payroll and LTI offerings. Drive organisational development and employee engagement programs.
Work with senior management to help business growth and HR planning. Monitor and report on HR metrics to ensure continuous improvement. Competenze ed esperienza A successful Head of HR (Southern Europe) should have:
Strong expertise in HR operations and strategic planning within the FMCG industry.
Proven experience in talent management, recruitment, and organisational development. Proficiency in managing compensation and benefits programs. Ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
Fluency in English and a working knowledge of additional European languages is advantageous. Completa l'offerta Competitive annual salary ranging from 95,000 to 100,000 Company car provided as part of the role. Permanent contract based in Milano.
