Market Development Manager **Your role and responsibilities**:
You will provide general administrative help to the Electrification Smart Power division, and secretarial assistance to the Global Division Managers. You will act as a point of contact for enquiries, providing solutions for those within your scope, and escalating those that require it. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: - Organizing events to support business and customer visits in Bergamo. This activity will include supporting in obtaining visas, arranging travels and local transfers, developing team building initiatives, booking accommodation, registering for conferences and coordinating with visiting speakers, among other tasks. - Providing support services to business in various administrative areas. Engaging internal customers and drives efficient support services.



- Assisting the ELSP Global Division Managers in all business-relevant administration tasks: business trips organization and travel expenses management, purchasing management for various services, relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Performing tasks with a focus on high quality to ensure customer satisfaction. **Qualifications for the role**: - Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP
- You have a bachelor’s degree with a focus on Communications
- You possess the ability to prioritize and multitask, with excellent planning skills
- You have a friendly and approachable behaviour, along with a dynamic and enthusiastic approach to tasks. You have strong written and verbal communication skills
