What is the role?
To support the activity with our Aerospace Client in Turin, we are seeking a talented and experienced Scrum Master DevSecOps . Our organization values innovation, reliability, and continuous learning in a collaborative environment.
Key responsabilities and tasks
- Lead the evolution and continuous improvement of the DevSecOps platform, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance infrastructure reliability,
security, automation, and performance through innovative technologies and architectural optimizations.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements, assessing technical feasibility, estimating effort, and planning implementation activities.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by promoting modern infrastructure, DevSecOps best practices, automation, and the adoption of emerging technologies.
- Coordinate cross-functional infrastructure teams, managing technical dependencies, risks, and project ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) to ensure timely delivery and effective execution.
- Collaborate with international teams to align on cross-site initiatives, technical standards, and best practices.
- Partner with Cybersecurity teams to support security audits, compliance activities, and the implementation of security recommendations across the infrastructure
