Apply now for the position of Country/Zone Business Lead Assistant and you will join the Laboratory Solutions Sales team to support and drive key activities. Your role:
- Executive Support: provide comprehensive daily support to the Country Business Lead, managing operations related to the internal sales team and connected corporate functions.
- Calendar & Travel Management: fully manage the agendas for both the Country Business Lead, the Southwest Europe Zone Business Lead and Zone Finance Head, including complex travel arrangements and prioritizing customer requests.
- Event & Meeting Coordination: organize company and team events, calls, and meetings. Oversee logistics and execution (agendas, venues, etc.)

- Communication & Documentation: prepare, draft, and deliver high-quality internal and external communications, critical documents, reports, meeting materials, and memos.
- Sales & Local Event Assistance: offer hands-on operational assistance to the sales team for local events and initiatives.
- Congress & Compliance Support: manage internal and external activities related to local, national, and international congresses, events and speaker engagements, ensuring full alignment with Compliance regulations.
- Vendor Management: serve as the main point of contact for third-party suppliers, agencies and service providers to support external activities.
