As a Senior Regional Sales Manager in our Trauma division, you will play a critical role in shaping the performance, culture, and long-term success of a strategically important region in Northern Italy. This is a high-impact leadership role, designed for someone who thrives in complexity, leads with purpose, and knows how to build and elevate high-performing teams. What You Will Do You will take full ownership of your region, leading both people and business performance, while strengthening partnerships with healthcare professionals and delivering sustainable growth.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering an inclusive and motivating environment
- Own regional performance: sales, forecasting, pipeline development, and budget accountability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and healthcare decision-makers (including KOLs)
- Drive business growth through both existing accounts and new customer acquisition
- Manage a complex ecosystem,



including direct reports and indirect channels (agents and distributors)
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure excellent customer experience across the full order-to-cash cycle
- Analyse performance data and implement targeted actions to improve results
- Lead and embrace change, contributing to innovation, simplification, and scalability
- Act as a role model within the broader leadership team, sharing best practices and supporting peers

Your Region
- Region: Northern Italy (Lombardia, Piemonte, Liguria, Valle d’Aosta, Triveneto)
- Location: Preferred base in Milano, Torino, Padova or Bologna
- Travel: ~70%
