Position Microsoft Partner Success Manager Job Description Arrow is looking for a Microsoft Partner Success Manager to join our Microsoft team in Italy. In this role, you will act as a key contact for Microsoft partners, supporting their development and helping them grow their business through Arrow. You will combine partner relationship management, commercial support, and business development, while working closely with internal teams and Microsoft-related programs. The role is open to candidates with different levels of experience. For more experienced profiles, the position may include a stronger focus on acquiring new partners and developing new business opportunities. What will you be doing?
- Managing and supporting Microsoft partners in their daily business with Arrow.
- Building and developing long-term partner relationships.
- Helping partners understand Microsoft program rules, requirements, and available opportunities.
- Providing updates on Microsoft products, pricing, incentives, and partner programs.
- Supporting renewals, commercial offers, and upselling opportunities.
- Supporting onboarding of new partners to Arrow and ArrowSphere.
- Supporting new partner acquisition and business development, depending on experience.
- Coordinating partner requests with internal teams.
- Tracking activities, opportunities, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Preparing and presenting relevant information to partners and internal stakeholders.
