Junior Sales Executive – Healthcare Solutions (North-East Italy)About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Executive to support the growth of InterSystems' Healthcare business across the North-East Italy region. The ideal candidate has a background in Healthcare IT, a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and digital health, and is eager to develop a career in enterprise software sales.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage sales opportunities within healthcare organizations across North-East Italy.Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, regional healthcare authorities, system integrators, and strategic partners.Identify customer needs and position InterSystems' healthcare solutions, including EMR, interoperability, and AI-enabled technologies.Support the preparation of commercial proposals and participate in public procurement processes.Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, Marketing,
and Delivery teams to develop winning strategies.Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and contribute to achieving regional sales targets.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Life Sciences, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in Healthcare IT or enterprise software sales.Good understanding of the Italian healthcare market and digital health ecosystem.Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts and their application in healthcare.Familiarity with Italian public procurement regulations and public tendering processes.Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Proactive, customer-oriented, and results-driven mindset.Willingness to travel extensively across the North-East Italy region.LanguagesFluent Italian.Good command of written and spoken English.This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a global leader in healthcare technology and contribute to the digital transformation of the Italian healthcare system through innovative data, inter
