_About Caffè Paszkowski _ Opened in 1903, Caffè Concerto Paszkowski is one of the Florence most authentic venues with a wonderful selection of cocktails, fine dining and great music. We currently have an opportunity for a talented Sous Chef with at least 5 years experience to join our team! Reporting to the Executive Chef you will be responsible for leading and supervising the Garde-Manger station, overseeing the preparation of cold food, salads, appetizers, sauces and charcuterie, deboning and filleting, managing inventory and ordering of ingredients for Garde-Manger station, assisting in overall kitchen operations and supporting other station as needed.
