Unox, a market leader in the production of high level ovens, certified as one of the 100 best companies to work for in Europe, is looking for an **Inside Sales Employee** to join the Unox team in Cadoneghe (PD). An inside sales will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. **Requirement**: - Strong sales motivation
- Excellent knowledge of English **Responsabilities**: - Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential customers, following up with new customers, building long-lasting relationships
- Evaluates competitors by analysing and summarizing competitor information and trends, identifying sales opportunities
- Offers personalized support and tailor-made services for the customer as a complement to the external sales force
- Analyzes the needs of different leads/prospects and provides them with information and, if necessary, solutions
- Leads all efforts aimed at ensuring the continuation of the relationship with the customer, supporting the external sales force in customer loyalty efforts
- Defines the priority between the various leads/prospects in synergy with the shared commercial strategy
- Coordinates ongoing project management activities to support the external sales force




- Supports strategies to generate recurring revenue
- Supports customers and resellers in drafting quotations
- Develops accounts by checking the customer's purchase history, suggesting related items and updating them on new products
- Standardizes Inside Sales processes by suggesting continuous improvements
