HSPI opens its doors to recent graduate by offering them the opportunity to train as Junior Trainer Consultants
What will your activities be?
Support trainers in delivering courses for employees and clients on topics such as Project Management and IT Governance
Participate in internal training sessions to improve your skills
Collaborate with the team in the preparation of teaching materials
Obtain the required certifications and achieve official accreditation as a Trainer recognized by international bodies (e.g., PeopleCert, APMG)
What are the required qualifications?




Interest in training and developing people
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
**Preferred qualifications**:
Previous experience in teaching or training activities (even at an academic level or in volunteer projects).
