As a Chef de Rang, you will play a key role in shaping memorable dining moments, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for through refined, seamless service.

Guest Experience & Service Excellence
- Facilitate the guest dining experience by taking orders, anticipating needs, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all items.
- Build genuine connections with guests to ensure satisfaction, offering attentive and personalized service throughout their meal.

Menu Knowledge & Upselling
- Comply with Auberge Resorts Collection service standards, while thoughtfully suggesting unique menu items to enhance the dining experience.




- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of food and beverage offerings, providing informed recommendations with confidence and grace.

Order Management & Accuracy
- Accurately take and place guest orders, promptly input them into the POS system, and manage billing with precision.
- Ensure clear communication with kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth service flow.

Operational Excellence & Cleanliness
- Operate, maintain, and clean restaurant equipment and fittings in accordance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Ensure the restaurant and outlets remain tidy, organized, and in full compliance with safe food handling procedures.
