You have a proactive, data-driven approach that can anticipate quality issues and systematically improve performance across our production lines. You can manage the increasing complexity of our customer applications and consistently meet the high quality expectations of global food packaging customers. You can detect and eliminate recurring issues through deep process understanding - delivering robust, permanent fixes instead of temporary workarounds.
You can provide dedicated quality ownership for new and critical product initiatives, ensuring they launch with the right controls in place. You can coach a mindset shift from reactive firefighting to structured process control and continuous improvement. You will take full ownership of critical quality topics and turn them into measurable, sustainable results.
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or Production)
or Chemical/Polymer Science; Previous experience in a Quality or Process Engineering role at a manufacturing or production site - ideally in plastics, films, packaging, or a related continuous-process industry.Hands-on familiarity with slitting and extrusion processes is a plus. Data-driven in decision making, with the ability to build fact-based alignment across stakeholders at all levels. Hands-on and proactive - comfortable spending significant time on the production floor.
Effective cross-functional collaborator, able to work with production, R&D;, and application teams toward shared quality goals.
