**Position**:
As part of the HQ Private Client Relations Department, the intern will support the team across all high-end clienteling activities both local and global. The position is based in Rome. **Job responsibilities**: - Support the team with administrative duties, such as PO’s, Vendor onboarding, Contracts.
- Collaborate with the team on logistics tasks: Shipments, Visa, office daily tasks.
- Assist in Fashion Show organization: hotels, cars, hair and make-up, experiences, bookings
- Support the team in the creation of ad hoc presentations
- Collaborate with the team Data Insight: client and product reports, analysis & key learning
- Support the team in sharing Clienteling best practices among zones **Profile**: - Bachelor’s degree in PR, Fashion or Business Management
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Strong interest and understanding of the luxury market
- Clienteling attitude
- Multitasking and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent relationship building skillsStrong attention to detailsThis six-months internship will start in March/April 2025.
