If you’re hungry to build a varied and meaningful career in a community of brilliant and diverse minds to make a real difference, there’s only one choice.** **Crop Manager (M/F)** Bayer Crop Science is a leading agricultural company specializing in innovative crop protection products, seeds, and digital solutions to help farmers sustainably increase productivity. **MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Oversee crop management, ensuring compliance with HSE requirements and personnel management
- Plan, organize, and supervise staff to ensure operational efficiency
- Manage personnel administrative tasks and monitor seasonal KPI performance
- Ensure facilities are operating effectively and meet production targets set by plant management
- Provide training on production, phytosanitary plans, processes, and optimization practices
- Offer guidance and orientation for new hires
- Troubleshoot and resolve production disruptions




- Maintain effective communication within the team and with key interfaces, including breeding objectives and facility change
- Ensure compliance with sustainability standards and regulations
- Document current production processes and compare them to standard requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized workplace **WHO YOU ARE**: - Master’s Degree in Agriculture (or a related fields) and at least 3 years of experience in crop management and plant production or Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years of experience in crop management and plant production
- Knowledge of hydroponic greenhouses and seed production is a plus
- Strong project management skills and leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communications abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Willingness to relocate to Latina
- Availability to work on a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays
- High proficiency in Italian (C2 level) and professional English (both written and spoken, B2 level).
