Summary:

As a QA Tester in the accountancy sector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. Your expertise will help maintain high standards of performance and functionality, contributing to the overall success of our organisation. This permanent, full-time position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills will directly impact our clients’ satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to understand project scope and requirements.
- Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionalities remain unaffected by new changes.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on quality assurance best practices.




- Assist in the development of automated testing processes to improve efficiency.
- Prepare and present test reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in software testing, preferably in the accountancy or finance sector.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in using testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
