Responsibilities Oversee procurement operations: Manage purchasing and inventory of general merchandise to ensure adequate stock levels Align with internal stakeholders: Collaborate with the Chef and hotel management to align purchases with hotel needs and specifications Manage supplier relationships: Secure competitive pricing, place orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods Ensure quality control: Review shipments to confirm products meet order specifications, grade, and quality standards Lead and develop the team: Recruit, train,
