We are looking for a highly motivated 3GPP Standardization Delegate to join in the technical team.
The 3GPP Standardization Engineer acts as a key representative of the company within 3GPP standardization activities (RAN/Core), with the primary objective of monitoring and interpreting the evolution of technical specifications and associated intellectual property landscapes.
In this role, the engineer also contributes to supporting the identification of Standard Essential Patent (SEP)



opportunities by enabling the detection of opportunities for potential licensing activities.
The role also provides critical technical insights to guide internal research directions, IP strategy, and licensing initiatives, ensuring alignment between standardization developments and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Standard Monitoring & Representation
- Act as company representative in 3GPP standardization meetings
- Closely monitor the evolution of technical specifications across 5G and emerging 6G work items
- Track discussions, decisions, and technical directions within working groups
- Provide structured reporting and insights on standardization progress and key developments

2. Technology & IP Intelligence
- Analyze 3GPP specifications to identify key technical features with potential IP relevance and areas of high innovation density
