In this Territory Sales Manager position within our Capsule & Health Ingredients (CHI) business unit you will be responsible for our strategic Eastern European accounts. You will Identify and evaluate business opportunities to grow Lonza CHI’s share in the hard empty capsule market. You will work closely and collaborate with our divisional and regional business leaders and internal cross functional teams.



The position is available remotely from German, Italy, Belgium, France and Hungary. What you will get:

What you will do:
- Responsible for sales management and generating new business & expansion of the customer base through regular customer visits
- Generates and closes new business opportunities by promoting current and emerging technologies as they become available
- Identifies market trends, assesses market potential and develops strategies to grow CHI’s market share in the Pharma segment
- Supports execution of operational excellence projects with the objective to sustain profitable revenue growth, strong market share and long-term partnership with his customers
