- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.
- Stay informed about products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.

Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.




- Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in a related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, with relocation costs fully covered by the company.
