1+ year of experience working in a standards-based security and safety professional work environment - 1+ year of experience collecting, analyzing, and utilizing data to drive process and system improvement, and effect quality assurance - Proficient in all Microsoft Office tools - Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to read, write and speak fluently English - Must be able to travel between local sites as needed - Valid driver's license. This position requires driving a personal vehicle between company locations regularly.
- 1+ year in operations or physical security
- 2+ years data analysis experience
- Knowledge of physical security systems (access control, CCTV, intrusion detection)
- Experience with workflow ticketing systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities
