HR Operations Team Lead **Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role you will have the opportunity to join the HR team located in Dalmine. The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite and You will be mainly accountable for: - Executes and delivers assigned HR Services in compliance with all standard operating procedures/policies or other procedures in place and according to defined Service Level Agree-ment(s). - Supports employee queries and HR community (by ticketing tool).
- Recommends enhancements and simplification of existing processes and procedures based on feedback and experience with customers. - Performs data entry into appropriate systems as necessary for assigned HR Services. - Maintains a high level of data quality and accuracy in the systems. - Provides on-demand reports related to the process, where required. - Supports the team on ad hoc activities. **Qualifications for the role**: - Bachelor's degree in human resources field. Interested in different aspects of Human Resources as a function.
- Microsoft Office skills.
- Fluent business English and Italian.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Analytical skills and good attention to details.
