Kyivstar is seeking an Investor Relations Communications Manager to lead the investor relations communications for the company listed at Nasdaq, US stock market. This newly created position will be instrumental in shaping how Kyivstar communicates with investors, analysts, and financial media.
Key Responsibilities
Communications Leadership
- Develop and execute investor relations communication strategies for international markets in close cooperation with VEON Investor Relations and Corporate Communications teams.
- Lead all communications related to Kyivstar's Nasdaq listing process and ongoing public company requirements.
- Create and maintain consistent messaging frameworks that align with corporate strategy and market positioning.
- Manage crisis communications and sensitive investor-related issues with discretion and professionalism.

Content Development & Management
- Write, edit and coordinate press releases, and other communications.
- Coordinate timely content filling for the IR-dedicated website of Kyivstar (in English and Ukrainian).




- Ensure all investor communications comply with SEC regulations and disclosure requirements.

Stakeholder Management & Coordination
- Serve as primary communications liaison with VEON Investor Relations and Corporate Communications headquarters for the investor relations communications.
- Coordinate closely with US-based IRPR agency to ensure consistent messaging.
- Build and maintain relationships with financial journalists and industry influencers.

Media Relations & Public Affairs, Reporting
- Manage relationships with Ukrainian and international financial media.
- Event management.
- Monitor media coverage and market sentiment.
- Prepare regular reports on media coverage, analyst opinions, and market perception.
- Maintain awareness of regulatory changes affecting investor communications.
