Job Description
Our Room Attendants are responsible for cleaning and servicing Guests’ rooms and Public spaces in order to provide a truly pleasant and comfortable experience. They ensure that all suites, rooms and public spaces are inviting and perfectly clean and also address all Guests’ queries politely and knowledgeably.
Our Room Attendants synergically collaborate with the HSK porters and Laundry team, the Front Office and the Maintenance staff under the supervision of the HSK Manager and Assistant HSK Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean assigned Guests’ suites and rooms according to LQA standards and the HSK SOPs established by the Hotel: cleaning the public spaces, making the beds, dusting the room and furniture, replenishing guest room and bath amenities and supplies, cleaning the floors, windows and bathrooms and vacuuming the carpets,
