DAB Pumps is seeking an HR Business Partner for our Italian plant on maternity cover. You will drive HR practices, partner with manufacturing leadership, and deploy HR tools across the organisation. The role focuses on employee development, engagement, and strategic alignment of HR initiatives with business goals.
The ideal candidate has a Master’s in HR, strong English, and a proactive, relationship-building mindset. Travel to group plants is expected as part of the role.
