**We’re Hiring: Bartender - Moxy Verona** **Location**: Moxy Verona (Opening July 2025) **Ready to shake things up in Verona?** We’re building the **launch Crew** for the new **Moxy Verona**, opening in **July 2025**, and we’re looking for a rockstar **Bartender** to join the fun. If you're passionate about mixing great drinks and creating unforgettable vibes, then read on. **The Role: Bartender** You’re not just serving drinks—you’re setting the tone. At Moxy, our bartenders are the life of the lobby, creating social spaces where guests feel relaxed, energized, and totally themselves. Whether you're mixing cocktails or cracking jokes, you're always in the moment and making it memorable. **Your Main Responsibilities**: - Mix, garnish and serve up cocktails, mocktails, beers, spirits, and smiles
- Be the go-to Crew Member for guests during food & beverage service periods
- Keep the bar, outlets, and grab-and-go areas fully stocked and super tidy
- Complete opening/closing checklists and keep everything picture-perfect
- Understand guest needs and consistently deliver above expectations
- Encourage guests to #PlayOn throughout their stay with cool vibes and clever service
- Support the Food & Beverage Crew with general daily operations
- Run the outlets the Moxy way - fast, fresh and fun
- Team up with your Crew and take direction from Crew Leaders
- Follow all food safety, alcohol licensing, and health & safety policies
- Be ready to perform First Aid if trained - safety first, always
- Be a loud and proud Moxy brand ambassador and promote Marriott Bonvoy
- Stay flexible: early, late and night shifts across 7 days




- Take on any additional tasks that fit your awesome role **What You Bring**: - Ideally 1 year of experience in the service/hospitality industry
- Real-life travel experience or a love for the travel lifestyle
- Basic understanding of Food Safety & Alcohol Licensing
- Computer savvy - knowledge of Opera and Infrasys Shiji is a plus
- Comfortable with social media and digital interaction
- Fluent in Italian and English (other languages are a bonus!)
- Valid HACCP certificate preferred but not a deal-breaker **Your Vibe**: - High energy, self-starter, not afraid to jump in and take charge
