Eli Lilly Italia is looking for a creative and proactive **Internal Communication Intern** to join the M&Q; Communication team, reporting directly to the Internal Communication Lead. The intern will actively support internal communication and employee engagement initiatives at the site, focusing on creating written, visual, and multimedia content, as well as planning and executing internal events. This hands-on internship provides a comprehensive opportunity to develop skills in internal communication, cross-functional project management, and the organization of high-impact engagement initiatives. It offers valuable exposure to storytelling and multichannel communication within a dynamic, collaborative environment—ideal for those passionate about teamwork and creative communication. **Key Activities**
- Collaboration in the planning, organization, and execution of corporate events—both in-person and virtual—with a focus on logistics, production of materials and video content,



development of presentations, and definition of pre
- and post-event communication plans.
- Support in the creation of communication campaigns in synergy with departments such as HR, DE&I;, Facility, and IT, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely information dissemination in collaboration with these functions.
- Coordination with external agencies for the production of multimedia content.
- Monitoring of internal feedback and analysis of employee responses to corporate communications, aimed at enhancing their effectiveness.
- Support in collecting and managing communication metrics and in drafting monthly reports. **Requirements**: - Master’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, or related fields
- Fluent in English
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; knowledge of video editing and graphic design tools is a plus
- Proactive, organized, creative, and flexible with good interpersonal and communication abilities The internship includes a **monthly reimbursement of €1300**, with **free access to the company canteen and bar**.
