- We are looking for a Project Manager Intern to join our Real Estate Team at the Holding Company of Bolton, based in Milan.
- How you make the difference
- As a Project Manager Intern you’ll oversee all aspects of real estate development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- How your agenda looks like: - Oversee all stages of the project (preliminary, definitive, and executive) and manage related documentation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project progress
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery within quality standards
- Conduct site inspections, address project risks, and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and prepare reports and presentations
- Your team: - You’ll directly report to our Real Estate Project Manager.
- Additionally, you’ll coordinate external stakeholders, such as architects,



engineers and other contractors involved in the construction process.
- What makes you a great fit: - Education: Degree in Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering or similar
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of building regulations
- Attention to details and drive for results
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Available and keen to travel for business trips if required
- Local language: Fluent in Italian, a good knowledge of English is considered a plus.
