- We are looking for a Group Consolidation & Reporting Intern to join our Group F&A; Team based in Milan.
- How you make the difference
- This position is important for Bolton as you will ensure the accuracy and consistency of Group financial reporting, supporting compliance with IFRS standards and fostering alignment across all subsidiaries.
- How your agenda looks like: - Review the reporting packages sent by the subsidiaries;
- Provide assistance in the intercompany reconciliation process, to ensure that the reconciliations are performed on a timely and accurate basis;
- Provide support in the preparation of the quarterly, semi-annual and annual consolidated financial statements;
- Interface with the Finance & Administration teams of the subsidiaries, to ensure the correct implementation of the Group accounting procedures and to improve reporting and consolidated financial statement processes.
- Your team: - You’ll directly report to our Group Consolidation & Reporting Manager.
- In the meantime, you’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate with the Group Controlling Department and the other HQ central functions.
- What makes you a great fit: - Education: Master’s degree in Business Management, Administration, Economics or similar;
- Good knowledge of IFRS accounting standards;
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
- Team-player and able to work with different stakeholders;
- Focus on managing priorities and meeting deadlines;
- Analytical capabilities and strong accuracy;
- Local language: Fluent in Italian & English.
