- Junior HR Generalist - Intern
- We are looking for an Junior HR Generalist to join our Industrial Department in our business unit Bolton Food & Trimarine based in Italy.
- How you make the difference
- You will support the Plant HR team in recruiting, training, engagement projects and internal communication.
- How your agenda looks like: - You will collaborate with the Industrial HR Team in the recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, etc.) and in the onboarding of new hires.
- You will assist in the implementation of the Training Plan (liaising with suppliers, managing records, preparing classrooms and materials, managing training funds such as Fondimpresa, etc.).
- You will support the Industrial HR Team in reporting activities.
- You will be involved in internal communication initiatives.
- You will assist in the management of disciplinary procedures.
- You will support the implementation of employee engagement projects.
- Your team: - You will become part of the Industrial HR Team and you will collaborate with many different departments (Industrial, R&D;, Quality, Accounting, PSO Controlling, Warehouse & Logistics).
- What makes you a great fit: - Degree/Master in Human Resources Management, Humanities and/or Economics;
- Fluent use of the English language;




- A short experience in HR will be considered a plus;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Teamwork skills, effective communication, clarity in presenting ideas, and the ability to manage interpersonal relationships
