- We are looking for an ICT Operations Specialist to join our Group ICT Team based in Milan.
- How you make the difference
- As an ICT Operations Specialist you will play a crucial role in supporting and managing factory IT systems that control and monitor production lines. You’ll connect shop floor devices, gather data for performance analysis, and ensure systems run efficiently while aligning with Bolton Group's ICT policies. You'll also contribute to the full lifecycle of IT projects, from gathering business requirements to implementation and optimization.
- How your agenda looks like: - Collect the factories’ needs provided by the business stakeholders when referring to informatic systems in the OT Area and transform them in clear and reachable objectives;
- Collaborate with the ICT Team to produce feasibility and technical analyses for the implementation of new solutions;
- Participate in the design of effective and consistent solutions aimed at satisfying business requirements gathered, working alongside ICT selected providers and business team involved;
- Cooperate in testing and roll-out phase of the designed solution;
- Create and maintain any technical documentation related to ICT Projects in the OT Area;
- Supervise, in collaboration with the ICT Team,



the existing informatic systems in the factories gathering incident information from the key users and following the actions assigned to the systems integrators.
- Your team: - You will report directly to our ICT Operational Technology Manager.
- What makes you a great fit: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in managing, developing and maintaining technical systems in a factory context
- Proven experience in technologies/protocols to connect different devices in a factory context
- Good knowledge of Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
- Experience in the Manufacturing Supply Chain area is a plus
- Willingness to learn quickly the actual context of the OT Area in Bolton Group and passion for learning as much as possible in an effective and smart way
- Ability to interact at all levels with suppliers, team members, key users in a positive and proactive manner, even in a worldwide context
- Fluent in Italian and English.
