A leading company in flexible packaging cosmetic is looking for:
**Customer service specialist**:
Objectives
Manages the relationship with the customer and supports the Sales Area Managers in various customer-facing activities.
Organization
The position reports to the Customer Service Coordinator. **Responsibilities**:
Contact with customers regarding orders and returns
Order entry and management
Collaboration with the production planning, supply chain, and quality departments to ensure proper scheduling of production and product shipments
**Requirements**:
University degree preferably in languages; a specialization abroad in language studies is also appreciated
Excellent knowledge of English and at least one additional language, preferably German
Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong problem-solving skills, proactivity, teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills, ability to organize work independently and effectively, and strong customer orientation are essential
