- Quality Control Intern
- We are looking for a QC Intern to join our Quality Control Department in our Home & Personal Care Business Unit based in Cotignola, Italy.
- How you make the difference
- This internship will give you first-hand insights into quality control processes, deepening systems and practices to ensure that business needs are met through flawless execution.
- How your agenda looks like: - Analysis of raw materials, process water, bulk and finished products with standardized methodologies and processes, in compliance with the company requirements and international standards for Home and Personal Care (e.g. cosmetic GMPs);
- Periodical verification, adjustments and calibrations of lab equipments (e.g. titrators, FT-IR or atomic absorption spectrophotometers, HPLCs) in order to guarantee its correct maintenance and performance;
- Data entry (analytical sheets, registers, ERP) and drafting of lab documentation according to company procedures;
- Supporting your tutor to investigate and detect non-conformities or process deviations, trying also to focus on generation of solutions that will provide added value to the function.
- Your team: - As an intern in QC field, you will work closely with QC Coordinator and QC Technicians in order to monitor and assure the best standards in terms of quality and compliance of our raw materials, packaging materials and products.
- What makes you a great fit:
- Education: a brilliant laureate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology/ Biology/ Biotechnologies or similar branches;
- Technical Skills: - knowledge of the main laboratory analysis techniques is required (ideally titrations, viscosity, UV-Vis, FTIR or AA spectrophotometry, HPLC);
- Basic knowledge of microbiology analysis will be considered a plus;
