# Operations Managerby inOperations Manager (Board Member / Managing Director)Location: 10km from Siena, Tuscany, Italy Property: Luxury boutique hotel### Responsibilities: Oversee daily hotel operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Technical department) Act as a Board Member (Managing Director) with full legal responsibility* Ensure high service standards in the premium/luxury segment* Manage and develop the operational team, including recruitment and onboarding* Monitor costs, analyze performance, and optimize processes* Collaborate closely with the Hotel Director and report on operational results### Requirements:
