Richemont Iberia SL is seeking a senior CRM and Omnichannel leader to define and drive the brand’s global CRM strategy across online and offline touchpoints. You will build an integrated omnichannel client journey, improve retention and ROI, and align with marketing objectives.

You will oversee CRM tools, data quality, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, E-commerce, and Retail teams, delivering targeted campaigns and insights.
