What you'll do Own and drive workplace and facilities operations across Over IT sites in Italy, coordinating with international offices (UK, US) Own and manage workplace‐related budgets, ensuring accurate cost tracking, invoice validation, and financial control Manage vendor relationships end‐to‐end, including scouting, selection, contract negotiation and renewal, and performance monitoring Plan and execute internal events and company initiatives, ensuring high quality and strong impact on employee engagement Partner closely with HR to support onboarding and enhance the overall employee experience from a workplace perspective Continuously improve workplace processes and operations through structured analysis and pragmatic,



solution‐oriented actions What you'll need 3+ years of experience in workplace, facilities, operations, event management, or similar roles Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make sound decisions Solid experience in vendor and contract management, with a good understanding of cost control dynamics Confidence and professional standing in interacting with senior stakeholders and external partners High level of autonomy, ownership, and a pragmatic, solution‐oriented mindset Fluent English and Italian, with availability to work on‐site (approx. 20–40%) across Over IT Italian offices What we offer Over IT is a unique transformation project in the Saa S space arena, full of ambition to scale and grow globally.
