Office Assistant Compliance Team:

Roles And Responsibilities:

- Review product labels and ingredient information to ensure compliance with US, Canada, and Australia regulations for food and beauty products.
- Support the approval process for new vendors and manufacturers in partnership with the Food Verification Team in the US.
- Conduct market research to support buyers' business needs within the food and beauty categories.
- Collaborate daily with Buying Teams to ensure alignment on priorities, deadlines, and business requirements.
- Liaise with suppliers to collect required documentation, support approval processes, and onboard new vendors.
- Partner with international Compliance Teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards.
- Assist staff with the preparation of trips, booking hotels, cars and keep a check on the logistics of the trip.




- May be involved in business travelling based on Company’s needs.

Job Knowledge

- Knowledge of computer systems.
- Good organization skills.
- Excellent verbal/writing skills in English
- Ability to communicate to all levels of staff.
- Knowledge of FDA/Health Canada regulations represents a plus

Location:

EUR Italy Buying Office, Florence Office

Salary Band:

Questa posizione ha un intervallo retributivo iniziale previsto compreso tra 27,400.00 € e 35,560.00 €. La remunerazione iniziale effettiva è determinata da una serie di fattori, tra cui skill, qualifiche ed esperienza pertinenti.

Inquadramento:

Terzo Livello CCNL Terziario, distribuzione e servizi, Tempo Determinato 3 mesi finalizzato all'inserimento
