Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile team events and iterative development cycles for software and automation components, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Guide team members and stakeholders in Agile ways of working, promoting accountability, ownership, effective collaboration, transparency, and a results‑driven culture.
- Drive continuous improvement through reviews and retrospectives, identifying improvement opportunities, tracking action plans, and enhancing delivery quality and efficiency.
- Proactively manage dependencies, risks, and impediments, coordinating with related teams, resolving blockers, and escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers, automation specialists, system architects, validation teams,



and other stakeholders to provide visibility into progress, risks, and delivery status.

Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Experience supporting cross‑functional software or engineering teams.

CompensationGross annual salary range: €39,000–€60,000, based on experience, skills, and qualifications, in compliance with EU pay transparency and pay equity regulations.
WorkplaceThe role follows AGCO’s on‑site work model, with employees required to be present at the Breganze location
