Institutions and businesses.Within the Operations Area, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join our site in Cascina Costa (VA), Italy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Perform, with support of all other relevant stakeholders, cost deployment data analysis in order to scout for possible initiatives; carrying out advanced data collection and analysis where necessary to support specific ones
* Support all production plants in expediting the identified initiatives, and generating new ones in order to match the assigned targets
* Support all production plants in order to collect all ongoing initiatives, evaluate economic impacts and timely distribution; track adherence to plans and initiatives status at higher level; identify, risks and escalate where necessary
* Track economic results of identified initiatives and impacts on plant performances with the help of relevant stakeholders (work analysis, specific project
